Wallet

Your wallet is a USDT balance on Algonney that pays for plans and token packs. You deposit to your own address and withdraw to a saved address with your 2FA code and an emailed confirmation.

Deposits

Pick an asset and network and send funds to your permanent deposit address. They are credited once the payment provider confirms them. Send only that asset on that network: other assets or networks are not credited automatically.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals go only to saved addresses. A new address can be used 1 hour after you add it.
• Each withdrawal needs your 2FA code and the link sent to you by email, valid for 30 minutes. Jarvis can never withdraw for you.
• After a password, 2FA or email change, withdrawals stay locked for 24 hours.
• The fee and the amount you receive are shown before you confirm. Minimums, limits and fees are listed below.

When deposits or withdrawals are off on the platform, the Wallet page says they are not available right now.
