Notifications
Algonney tells you about trading, billing, security and support events in the app and by email. Choose what you get, and where, in Settings › Notifications.
Choose what you get
- Turn each notification on or off for each channel. Critical security and money notifications cannot be turned off; the table below shows which ones you can turn off.
- Quiet hours hold email until they end. In-app and critical notifications are never held back.
- No marketing email stops announcements and offers by email. Service and account email still arrives.
- Notifications arrive in the language you choose; a text missing in that language is sent in the platform default.
Your inbox
Click the bell at the top right and choose See all to read, filter and mark your notifications as read. Notifications are deleted after 30 days.
