Search the help center for an answer, ask the support assistant with the round button at the bottom right, or open a ticket with the support team.

The help center is open to everyone; reading it needs no account.

Support chat

The support assistant answers from the help center. When it cannot help, choose Talk to a human: a ticket is opened with the whole chat attached.

The support chat needs an account. AI support answers cost no platform tokens. Whether your plan includes AI support is in the plan comparison; without it, help-center answers and Talk to a human still work.

Tickets

Open a ticket on the support page with a subject, a category and your message, and follow the answers there. You can attach images: up to 3 images per message, each up to 5 MB. A closed ticket cannot be reopened; open a new one if you need more help.

Never send passwords, API keys, seed phrases or card numbers. They are removed before saving.
